Metro Finance is the trading name of Metro Finance Brokers Ltd of  Fourth Floor, Wards Exchange, 197 Ecclesall Road, Sheffield S11  8HW. We are mortgage and insurance brokers not tied to any particular company. We operate only in the United Kingdom.

Metro Finance is Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our registration number is 301701.

Metro Finance offers a comprehensive range of mortgages from across the market but not deals you can only obtain by going direct to lenders.

We use our knowledge and experience to search the mortgage market available to mortgage brokers to find a mortgage lender for you. Metro Finance also has access to a range of insurers and chooses those which we feel are best for our customers. The range of insurers varies as we review products available.

Metro Finance will advise you on your mortgage and recommend a mortgage that is suitable for you after assessing your needs.

Metro Finance does not advise or recommend a particular insurance product to you. We provide you with insurance information and insurance product details to enable you to make an informed decision on whether the insurance suits your personal circumstances.

We provide information on mortgages and insurance in the form of your key facts illustration and other supporting documents which are designed to give you the information you need to help you in choosing your mortgage and insurance.

Metro Finance does not ask for a fee in advance from you. The mortgage illustration indicates the fee payable by you for our mortgage services. We do not charge a fee for insurance arranging.

Metro Finance may from time to time contact you to give you information about mortgages and insurances. If you do not want us to keep in contact with you please tell us.

Metro Finance aims to provide you with a first class service to meet your specific needs. However, if you have a complaint about our service please tell us and we shall try our best to put it right and we will respond to your complaint quickly. If having given us the opportunity to rectify your complaint you are still dissatisfied, you can refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service for action by them.
