Prize Draw Terms and Conditions


  1. Competition Period

    1. The competition, hereinafter referred to as the "Prize Draw," will run from 1st December until 4.30pm 23rd December.

  2. Entry Criteria

    1. To be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw, participants must have:.

      1. - Completed Consent Forms

      2. - Paid the Broker Fee

      3. - Fully Completed the Mortgage Application

  3. Submission Deadline

    1. All eligible entries must be fully submitted, including payment of the broker fee and completion of consent, by 4.30 pm on 23rd December.

  4. Entry Limit

    1. Participants will be entered into the Prize Draw only once based on their initial mortgage application. Subsequent resubmissions to new lenders will not qualify for additional entries.

  5. Property Requirement

    1. Participants must have a property on hold or allocated to them to be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.

  6. Prize Details

    1. The prize for the Prize Draw is

      1. - 1st prize - £500 voucher

      2. - 2nd prize - £250 voucher

      3. - 3rd prize - £100 voucher

    2. The prize is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.

  7. Winner Selection

    1. The Prize Draw will be conducted live on Facebook on 24th December.

    2. Winners will be contacted by Metro Finance before the close of business on 24th December.

  8. Winner Notification

    1. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided in their mortgage application.

    2. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected.

  9. Repossession Warning

    1. Participants are reminded that their home may be repossessed if they do not keep up with repayments on their mortgage.

  10. General Conditions

    1. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

    2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not meet the entry criteria or breaches these terms and conditions.

    3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Prize Draw if necessary.

  11. Governing Law

    1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976.
